Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our cab and taxi service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our booking platform and transportation services within Noida and the surrounding National Capital Region (NCR). By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Booking and Services
Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate pickup locations, destination details and contact numbers (including the correct country code, e.g., +91) at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp or email containing the vehicle and driver details.
Service Availability: While we strive to provide 24/7 service, availability is subject to vehicle proximity and traffic conditions.
2. Pricing and Payments
Fare Estimates: Any fare estimates provided are based on the shortest route. Final fares may vary based on actual distance traveled, waiting time and route changes.
Tolls and Taxes: Standard fares do not include state taxes, toll charges or parking fees. These are to be paid by the passenger as per actuals during the journey.
Night Charges: Rides scheduled between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM may be subject to a night service premium.
3. Cancellation and Waiting Policy
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply if a booking is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched or has reached the pickup location.
Waiting Time: The first 10 minutes of waiting are complimentary. Beyond this, a per-minute waiting charge will be added to the final bill.
4. User Conduct and Safety
Passenger Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle booked (e.g., 4 passengers for a Sedan, 6-7 for an SUV).
Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal substances, hazardous materials or flammable items is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness: A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the passenger.
5. Limitation of Liability
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as heavy traffic, road blocks, vehicle breakdowns or extreme weather conditions in the Noida/Delhi area.
Lost Items: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we will assist in recovering lost items, we are not liable for any loss or damage to property left in the vehicle.
6. Termination of Service
The driver reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride immediately if a passenger is found to be abusive, intoxicated, or engaging in any activity that compromises the safety of the driver or the vehicle.
